Mr. Sanjay Singh is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of KIPL. With his focus on simplicity, purpose and providing the best quality in his work, Mr.Singh has helped to establish KIPL as a leading organization in the industry. Mr Singh is also the Vice- President of Uttar Bhartiya Sangh, an association established in Mumbai for the upliftment of North Indians in Maharashtra. Further, he is involved with various NGOs and conducts CSR activities with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. His vibrant and joyful personality makes him a favourite amongst his employees as he strives to create a healthy, friendly atmosphere in the organisation.

Mr. Shivakumar Pandey deeply believes that work is worship and he lets his work speak for himself. Having been associated with KIPL since its incorporation, he has immeasurable experience in the construction sector as well as the general contracting industry. His calm personality provides a silent strength to the organization. Mr. Pandey has a keen eye for detail and supervises all KIPL projects.
